About this item
- 🏗 [EXCLUSIVE WRAP-AROUND WOOD JOIST DESIGN] Our L-shaped heavy bag joist mount tightly hugs exposed beams. It distributes swinging force across two planes (side & bottom), eliminating the risk of wood splitting. The ultimate safe wood beam hanger
- 🛡 [5MM (6-GAUGE) THICK SOLID STEEL] Built like a tank! Competitors use flimsy 2mm metal; our wood beam heavy bag bracket features 5mm (6-Gauge) cold-rolled steel. Delivers rock-solid 900 LBS dynamic capacity for 200lb+ Muay Thai bags. No bending
- 🔄 [360° ANTI-TANGLE JAW-TO-JAW SWIVEL] Solid steel pivot with NO fragile internal bearings to shatter! It naturally absorbs the violent twisting torque from your spinning backfists and power hooks, keeping chains tangle-free and realistically simulating an opponent's movement. The Jaw-to-Jaw design lets you lock your bag directly to the mount for a 100% safe connection
- 🛠 [2 INSTALL OPTIONS INCLUDED] Skip the hardware store! We provide 2 premium hardware sets tailored for any heavy bag wood beam mount setup: 1) Through-Bolts: For standard joists (2x4, 2x6) in garages. Bolts entirely through the wood. 2) Lag Screws: For thick solid beams (pergolas, 6x6 posts) where drilling through is impossible
- 🌦 [RUST-PROOF & MULTI-USE ANCHOR] The premium matte powder coating easily withstands tough garage moisture and outdoor pergolas. Beyond combat sports, this ceiling joist punching bag hanger acts as an ultra-safe 900lb anchor for TRX suspension straps, Olympic rings, battle ropes, or heavy porch swings
- 💡 [SOLO SETUP SAVER: BONUS QUICK LINK] Hanging a 200lb heavy bag is exhausting. Instead of struggling to align the swivel's screw pins while holding massive weights in mid-air, we included a heavy-duty threaded Quick Link. This allows you to instantly hook and lock your bag's chains to the pre-installed mount in just seconds. It makes the final setup significantly faster, safer, and completely effortless on your back
