About this item
- Replacement Cartridge for Katadyn Hiker and Hiker Pro Filters: A go-to piece of backpacking camping gear, this glass fiber element keeps your Hiker Pro or original Hiker filter delivering clean water on the trail when the original cartridge wears out.
- Pleated Glass Fiber for Silty and Muddy Water: Pleated design increases surface area so the cartridge handles silt-heavy and muddy water without clogging. Activated carbon core adsorbs chemicals and pesticides to improve the taste of your trail water.
- Includes Field Maintenance Kit with Cleanable Protector: The included filter protector extends cartridge life in challenging conditions. Clean it in seconds by swishing in water to restore flow, no tools required for in-field service.
- Fits Hiker Pro, Hiker, and Older Pur Hiker Filters: Drop-in replacement element compatible with Katadyn Hiker Pro, Hiker, and older PUR Hiker water filter housings. Made in USA for trusted backpacking water filter performance.
- Katadyn Has Been Making Water Safe Since 1928: For nearly 100 years, Katadyn has delivered clean water to hikers, travelers, campers, and aid workers worldwide. At home, on the road, or in the backcountry, clean water within reach.
