About this item
- Engineered for About 4-5 ft Window Wells: this egress ladder is designed for metal window wells about 4-5 ft deep; Overall size is about 14 x 50 inches with a 3 step layout for steady movement; 14 inch rung spacing supports natural climbing rhythm; Compact side rails sit close to the wall to help maximize usable space during exit
- Aluminum Alloy Structure with 300lbs Capacity: built as an aluminum egress ladder using high strength aluminum alloy; Supports up to 300lbs for adult use; The corrosion resistant and rust resistant surface helps maintain performance in humid basement environments; Suitable as a basement escape ladder for daily access and emergency exit situations
- Hook on Egress Window Ladder Design: this egress window ladder features dual top hooks that hang securely over the metal well edge; The first rung is positioned about 18 inches below the top surface for easier reach from inside the well; The structure stays aligned during climbing and can also be fixed in place for added stability
- Simple Installation with Included Hardware: the window well ladder installs with about 6 bolts and does not require special accessories; Included screws support quick assembly; For permanent setup, it can be secured using metal screws after drilling; Designed to fit common metal window wells without complex brackets or adjustments
- Space-saving Window Well Ladder: engineered as a compact window well ladder that does not intrude on well space; The fusion structure design hugs the wall curve for a closer fit; It mounts on flat areas or behind large radius corners; This structure helps the window ladder stay closer to the wall and reduces outward projection
